A Lately Post...

So, yes, I know I have been MIA lately...and I do apologize. We have had lots of fun, exciting things going on here lately, most of all is just seeing baby girl take her first steps and then running with them. She is ALL OVER and wants to WALK to get there! She is getting TOO BIG! We are having so much fun, but also I may be just a tad bit overwhelmed. I feel like I chase her around the entire day and get absolutely nothing done; and I hate that feeling, but I guess that's the life of a first-time mommy!

I need to work on getting better video of her walking, but here are a few snippets from where she started to how she was a few days ago, and even over the last 2 days she has practically started running; or moving those two little feet as fast as she can go! It's pretty darn cute!

My next goal is also to get her to talk on video. She is saying mama, daddy (literally, not dada :)), and that's about it...a lot of baba and other baby babble!

10 Incredible Months!

Yes, another month has flown by! I'm still having a hard time believing Campbell is 10 months old, but what really gets me is that I will be planning a 1st birthday party soon! Whoa...where has the last year gone?

Here's what little miss C has been up to lately...
Ummm.....walking! She actually really walked really good for the first time yesterday on her 10 month birthday. Over the last month, Campbell went from pulling up the crusing EVERYWHERE to standing good on her own, to taking lots of steps without falling. We are so proud of our girl, but know we are really in for it! She's ALL OVER THE PLACE now, what is my life going to be like when she's truly walking.

We are having so much fun. She loves to laugh at her daddy still. She throws her head back and gives a big belly laugh. She also has no fear. I love how independent she is, but can only imagine what that is going to turn into as she gets older. She is so sweet. She loves to put her forehead against mine.

She still has 2 teeth on the bottom. Wearing 9-12 month clothing and size 3 diapers. She just got a new pair of shoes, size 4.5. That seems big, but what do I know?

She will sing with me in the car and loves when I put the phone on speaker with whoever I'm talking to. She will just mumble and squeal back, it's so cute!

Campbell is an absolute joy and we are loving every minute with her.

Happy Birthday to the man of the house!

We had a great day Saturday celebrating my sweet husband. He had a very good birthday starting the weekend before when his parents came for a visit; and then having lunch with my parents, Mo & Poppy, and then opening the BEST gift EVER! HAHA... I guess I'm just proud of my purchase. I did my homework and got some help, but it was something I've been wanting to do for him for a while. He deserves it! He works so hard to provide for our family and would do anything for his girls. We sure do love you!

So here it is.... his new gun!

I am also going to say Happy 10 months to my sweet girl! When I get a chance for a little photo-shoot, I will do a REAL post! I love you guys and hope you all have a great week!
