Blessed...

I just got finished doing two of my most favorite things in the world: 1. taking a walk with Campbell to the swings and around our neighborhood in this gorgeous weather & 2. rocking my sweet baby girl to sleep!

And as I sat there staring at every inch of her precious face, I couldn't help but think of how lucky and incredibly blessed I am. Every piece of that baby girl brings me joy! I sat there just thanking God for her....for every hair on her head, for every ounce of fat in those chubby cheeks,  for every sparkle in those gorgeous blue eyes, & overall for the girl He is molding her to be.

9 Month Update

We went to see Dr. G today and had our 9 month check-up and just 1 shot! C did wonderful, of course.

Campbell Grace weighs 19 pounds and 7 ounces (50-75%) and is 29 inches tall (97%). We have a long, lean girl, which is making her harder to dress, meaning she needs most 9-12 month outfits, but they are too big around the waist. I'm afraid she will have this problem for many years to come. Maybe I should create a clothing line for long and lean babies ;)

Dr. G also said she should be getting her top teeth in anytime now. He could see them ready to break through the gums. Oh joy! I don't know if I'm ready for those few rough days (meaning, she will be waking up at night and just be fussy most of the day)!

Campbell is, like I already posted, EVERYWHERE! Today, she decided when she would pull herself up to a stand, she would just let go and stand there for a while without falling! She did it quite often today and you could tell she was loving it! She had the biggest grin on her face when I asked her if she was standing all by herself!

C is still in size 3 diapers and 9-12 month clothes, unless it's Gap or Old Navy which is just 6-12mo.
I have been trying to put her in shoes, she's pretty much in size 3 depending on brand. I love her pair of Pedipeds!

She is starting to eat more and more stage 3 solid foods. Dr. G said to start feeding her whatever we are. So tonight she had some cornbread along with chicken, black beans, and hominy. She didn't do too bad, but wanted her normal meal of pureed food. She will probably get better once those top teeth come in!

I just CANNOT believe that it has been 9 months since this girl was born. I am thoroughly in love!

Enjoy the pics of my girl. I love her many faces :)
Oh and taking these monthly pics is getting harder and harder. This month was the hardest by far. She does NOT want to sit still. And she thinks she needs to reach and touch the camera as some of the pics show!

Thank you sweet girl for the best 9 months of your Mommy and Daddy's lives.
Look how long her hair is: ponytail time!

just almost, about to be, 9 months old so so soon...

So I'm making a little post on our little 9 month old tonight, and will do all the stats after our check-up on Tuesday...
I'm so incredibly blessed and thankful to be this little girl's mommy (for the last 9 months)...

Thanks Aunt Casey
We have had another great month. Campbell has been fairly well, just the always running runny nose and some coughing, but nothing too serious; praise the Lord! We have gotten to see lots of family, and spend more time at church, which is always a blessing! I'm so lucky to have such a good baby......Jacob is terrified of how the next one will be ;)

There is no stopping this girl! She is so independent, but a momma's girl at the same time. Sorry everyone, she's just going through that stage where she's clingy to me, even her daddy has to listen to the whining a lot. She is crawling and cruising everywhere! It's so much fun, but she can be a handful at times.

Here are a few more fun pics from this last month:

Hollywood :)

Haha, love my video monitor and seeing this!
She is a tummy sleeper a majority of the time!

We had lots of gorgeous weather and went swinging! She loved it!

Some of my favorite things...

So these are the things either Campbell or myself are into these days!

Yobaby Yogurt! Campbell loves this stuff. It did take her a few tries to acquire the taste, but now that she has, she will eat the whole container! I also have gotten her to eat applesauce! I know, right, isn't that supposed to be one of baby's first likes...well, not mine, it just took her a while!
Bath time! I have always loved bath time in our house and so has Campbell! It is an established part of our bed time routine and another way for us to enjoy quality time with our girl!

Pumpkin Spice Pinion Coffee! Mom ordered some of this for Christmas after they bought some when they were in Albuquerque, NM. The flavor is so yummy!
Jesus Calling devotional! I received this devotional from my MIL for Christmas. I am trying to be better about my time with Jesus, and this has been a great devotional to read through. I want to learn to listen for His calling.
These are not all of our favorites by any means, but just a few we are enjoying right now! Here are a few more pics of my girl playing in her crawling tunnel! Hilarious. We play lots of peek-a-boo in it, and she just laughs and laughs! I absolutely adore this time with her!

Excuse the hair; static electricity is killing our hairstyle these days!
